French by birth and Spanish by adoption, I came to Madrid in 2000 to complete my degree in Business Administration and Management. I had planned to stay only for my studies, but Spain’s welcoming culture, food and way of life soon made it feel like home.
During my first years in Spain, I explored the coast and discovered Calpe. I was quickly drawn to this coastal town and to nearby Benissa and Moraira.
In 2005, my wife and I bought a penthouse in Calpe and began our first holiday rental experience. After buying another property in 2008 and receiving positive feedback from guests, I started managing holiday homes for friends and family.
What began as a personal project became a profession. In 2016, I left my role in a multinational company and founded Costa CarpeDiem.
